Above is an overview diagram of the typical wave2wire gateWave controller application. Devices can be deployed as stand-alone controllers or multiple node controllers can be grouped together to a single gateWave unit providing remote access to multiple assets with a single cellular connection. In addition to sensor I/O data, each unit can also provide diagnostic data including battery status, solar voltage, device orientation (via the multi-axis accelerometer), and more. Applications and markets include:

  • Agricultural data collection & monitoring
  • Emergency management systems
  • Remote asset monitoring & control
  • Vehicle / vessel monitoring & tracking
  • Tank monitoring
  • Water / Wastewater remote monitoring & control
  • Traffic & Safety systems
